Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater (3hrs drive)
Heading to Ngorongoro for a safari game drive down the crater floor, then late afternoon on your way to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
Ngorongoro is a multiple land use area where the Maasai, who are pastorals, share the same ecosystem with wild animals; the area is part of the Serengeti ecosystem in the north and northwest of the Ndutu region, where between December to April is the best time to see the calving of wildebeest and zebras and wildebeests migration.

Karatu - Tarangire, (2 hrs drive )
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a half-day game drive, then drive back to Arusha for a local or international flight back home or fly to Zanzibar.

Tarangire is known and famous for its large elephant concentration, baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes; you expect to see heads of buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, baboons, and antelopes.
