Uganda

Primate forests, Nile adventures and wildlife-rich savannahs in one of East Africa’s most varied landscapes.

Overview

Discover Uganda.

Uganda combines intimate primate encounters with classic safari country. Trek mountain gorillas in Bwindi or Mgahinga, follow chimpanzees through Kibale Forest and search for tree-climbing lions on the plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park. At Murchison Falls the Nile squeezes through a narrow gorge before opening into riverbanks alive with wildlife.

Crater lakes, the Rwenzori Mountains, Kidepo Valley and the source of the Nile give every route a different texture. We plan permits, road and air connections, expert guides and carefully paced stays so the journey feels adventurous without becoming rushed.
