Your itinerary

Day 01

Arrival – Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or pick-up from your Arusha hotel, you will be warmly received by your professional driver-guide and begin your scenic journey toward the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge in time for check-in and lunch, with stunning views over the highlands. In the afternoon, descend 600 meters into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater for a guided game drive. This natural wildlife haven is home to the Big Five, including black rhinos, lions, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 02

Ngorongoro – Serengeti via Maasai Village

After breakfast, depart for the iconic Serengeti National Park, driving through the Ngorongoro highlands. En route, enjoy a cultural visit to a traditional Maasai village within the conservation area, offering insight into one of East Africa’s most iconic tribes. Proceed with your journey into the Serengeti plains, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive in the Serengeti, where endless savannahs set the stage for incredible wildlife encounters. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.
Day 03

Full Day in Serengeti

Spend a full day exploring the vast plains of the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives (or a full-day game drive with picnic lunch). This is your chance to witness Africa at its most raw and beautiful from large predator sightings like lions, cheetahs, and leopards to massive herds of grazers. Depending on the season, you may even witness part of the Great Migration. Return to your lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 04

Departure – Return to Arusha / JRO

After breakfast, begin your journey back to Arusha with en-route game viewing as you exit the park. Arrive in Arusha in the afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight. End of safari.
