From our Nairobi team

Your East Africa safari planning guide.

A practical starting point for your first conversation with our team. You do not need to have every answer before you enquire.

01 · Start with the experience

Choose a few priorities: wildlife, the Great Migration, gorillas and primates, culture, walking or time by the ocean. Tell us what matters most so we can check the destinations and activities that suit your interests.

02 · Share your travel window

Bring your proposed dates or month, how many days you have and whether there is flexibility. If you are undecided, tell us the experience you want and we can discuss timing. Wildlife movement and sightings are not guaranteed.

03 · Describe your travelling party

Note the number of adults and children, children’s ages, preferred room arrangements and pace. Mention accessibility, dietary or other practical requirements early so we can check them with the relevant providers.

04 · Choose how you like to travel

Discuss a private road safari, a group joining departure, flights between camps or a combination. Think about time spent travelling, the places you want to see and the comfort and privacy you prefer.

05 · Compare the complete quotation

Check the route, travel dates, named stays, rooms, meals, transport, guiding, fees and flights. Ask what is optional, what is excluded and which arrangements are subject to availability. Read the booking and cancellation terms before confirming.

06 · Keep a short planning checklist

Your dates or month; number and ages of travellers; key interests; preferred pace; room requirements; optional spending range; practical needs; and questions for our team. You can start with only a few of these.
