Set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s tallest peak, Amboseli’s open plains are home to some of Kenya’s largest elephant herds.
In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive. Watch elephants silhouetted against the mountain, lions prowling in the tall grasses, and flocks of flamingos dancing on the seasonal wetlands.
