Into Uganda's Green Highlands

After breakfast, leave Kampala behind as the journey unfolds through rolling hills, fertile farmland, tea plantations and charming rural villages. With the majestic Rwenzori Mountains forming a spectacular backdrop, you'll arrive in Fort Portal, the gateway to Kibale Forest National Park. Later in the afternoon, enjoy a guided walk through the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, a community conservation project renowned for its exceptional birdlife and numerous primate species. Once found, you'll spend a precious hour observing these magnificent primates as they feed, play and interact within their natural habitat—an experience few wildlife encounters can rival.
